Premium training, without limits.
Senza Gymnasium is a premium training space designed for people who want to become stronger, fitter and more capable. The floor brings together dedicated strength, free-weight, functional and cardiovascular training zones, creating an environment that works perfect for the experienced lifter as well as the first timer.
At the heart of the gym is a carefully selected range of Technogym strength and cardio equipment, supported by dumbbells, barbells, racks, benches and functional training tools. The layout has been designed to make the space easy to navigate, reduce unnecessary congestion and give members room to train with purpose.
Build your strength and cardio.
There is no single way to use Senza. You can follow a structured strength program, build your cardiovascular fitness, train for performance or simply move more consistently. The gym is not built around trends or fads; it is built around quality equipment, thoughtful design and the freedom to train in the way that suits you.
Senza Gymnasium is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, giving members the flexibility to train around work, family and everyday life. During staffed hours, the Senza team is available to welcome new members, provide club tours and help you become familiar with the space.
Reformer pilates on your schedule.
Senza Reformer Pilates gives members a flexible way to improve strength, mobility, balance and control in a dedicated studio environment. Using Your Reformer equipment and guided digital sessions, members can choose a workout that suits their experience, goals and available time.
Rather than relying on a fixed class timetable, the studio gives members greater freedom. Reserve a Reformer bed, select a guided session and work through the program at your own pace. Clear visual and audio instruction supports each movement, making the experience approachable for beginners while still offering challenging options for more experienced users.
Strength, mobility, and core.
Sessions cover full-body strength, mobility, core control, stretching and targeted training. This allows members to use Reformer Pilates as their main form of movement, alongside strength training or as a lower-impact addition to their weekly routine.
The studio is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Bookings are made through ClubFit, allowing members to view available times and reserve a bed before arriving. New users will also receive introductory guidance to help them understand the equipment, studio etiquette and how to select an appropriate session.
Whether you are completely new to Reformer Pilates or already confident on the bed, Senza gives you the space and flexibility to move with purpose.
Make recovery part of your routine.
Recovery should not be treated as an afterthought. Senza’s Recovery & Wellness space has been created to help members slow down, reset and make looking after their bodies a regular part of their routine.
The space brings together traditional Finnish and infrared saunas, cold & hot plunge facilities, LED light therapy, and compression recovery boots. Each experience offers a different way to unwind after training, recover after a demanding week or simply create time for yourself.
Hot, cold and compression therapy.
Some members may use the sauna and cold plunge following a strength or conditioning session. Others may visit specifically for LED light therapy, compression recovery or a quiet period of relaxation. There is no single correct routine; the space provides a range of options so members can discover what works best for them.
Access to Recovery & Wellness is included with Senza Complete. Senza Gymnasium members and non-members can access selected services through paid casual sessions or add-ons.
The space is available during staffed hours, seven days a week and requires a booking through the ClubFit app.
Learn more about our recovery facilities
A traditional Finnish sauna heats the air inside the room, creating a hot, dry environment that gradually warms the body. It generally operates at a higher temperature than an infrared sauna and delivers the classic sauna experience many people already know.

Members often choose the Finnish sauna after training or at the end of a long day because the intense warmth provides an opportunity to slow down, switch off and relax. It can leave the body feeling warm and loose before cooling down naturally or moving into a carefully managed contrast routine.
The experience is generally shorter and more intense than an infrared sauna session. Hydration, sensible session lengths and listening to your body are important. Anyone who is pregnant, managing a medical condition or unsure whether sauna use is suitable should consult a qualified health professional first.
Cold plunge involves brief, controlled exposure to cold water. Members may choose it after training, following a sauna session or simply because they enjoy the refreshing and invigorating experience.

Using the sauna and cold plunge together is commonly known as contrast therapy. However, it does not need to become a competition or test of endurance. New users should begin gradually, follow the displayed time and temperature guidance, and leave the plunge immediately if they feel dizzy, unwell or unusually uncomfortable.
Cold-water immersion may not be suitable for everyone. Members with cardiovascular concerns, medical conditions or uncertainty about cold exposure should seek professional health advice before using the plunge.
An infrared sauna uses infrared heat to warm the body more directly rather than relying only on very hot air. Because the room operates at a lower temperature than a Finnish sauna, many people find the experience gentler and more comfortable for a longer session.

Infrared sauna is suited to members who enjoy deep warmth but prefer a less intense room temperature. It can be used after training, as part of a regular recovery routine or simply as quiet time away from the pace of the day.
The key difference is how the heat is delivered: a Finnish sauna heats the room to warm the body, while infrared technology directs heat more closely towards the body. Both experiences can support relaxation, with the right choice coming down to personal comfort and preference.
LED light therapy uses selected wavelengths of light delivered through a purpose-built device. Unlike sauna, it is not designed to create an intense heat. Sessions are non-invasive and can be incorporated into a training, recovery, wellbeing or skincare routine.

Different wavelengths are used for different purposes, and members may choose LED therapy to complement how they already look after their bodies. The experience is straightforward: reserve a session, follow the setup instructions and relax while the device completes its programmed cycle.
Individual experiences and results will vary. LED light therapy is offered as a wellness service and should not replace medical advice or treatment from a qualified health professional. Eye protection and all instructions displayed in the room must be followed during every session.
Compression recovery boots use controlled, sequential pressure around the legs to provide a relaxing compression experience. Members can use them while seated after training, running, sport or a demanding day on their feet.
